Group outplacement program
Our group outplacement program Careers in Motion covers:
- Coming to terms with redundancy.

We connect participants with a relevant network of recruiters, hiring managers, support functions and events to facilitate their transition.
Coaching is provided as pre-booked drop-in sessions (recommended one hour per employee), using bespoke resources and materials.
Clients receive confidential progress report on affected employees to ensure services are delivered as agreed.
Group outplacement workshops
Our career coaches run workshops across Australia. These can be tailored around the career transition needs of your organisation and employees. We offer half or full day workshops for up to 12 individuals per session.
Workshops incorporate visual, audio and interactive exercises and real-life scenarios. This content is combined with comprehensive workbooks and training materials.
