How much do you charge?
I am not sure which service I require. How can I find out?
You can do one of the following.
- Send us a copy of your current resume (if you don’t have one, provide a summary of your working history), an idea of the types of jobs you want to apply for and/or sample job ads. We will get back in touch with you with a recommendation for which service to purchase.
- Call us on 07 3162 2976 and speak to a consultant about which service best suits your requirements.
What payment methods do you offer?
Payment options include:
- Credit cards (via a secure payment gateway)
- PayPal accounts
- Personal or bank cheque
- Australia Post money order
- Bank deposit
What currency are your services quoted in?
All prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars. If required, you can select your local currency at checkout.
Is your website secure?
Yes, all payment processing is handled offsite by PayPal. We do not hold credit card information or payment information.
What happens after I make a purchase?
One of our consultants will contact you to begin working with you on your resume.
What countries do you service?
Currently we work with job seekers in Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, United Kingdom and Canada (English-speaking).
Why are there cheaper resume services advertised on the internet?
Very cheap services tend to only reformat your resume, rather than actual work with you to update or develop a new resume, and so are often of little value if you want a professional, targeted resume to capture the attention of potential employers. However, we understand that you need real value for money. Compare our prices to our ‘real’ competitors and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Do you outsource the work?
We do not outsource our resume writing services.

Do you provide a one-to-one service?
Yes. You will be assigned a consultant and work closely with them on a one-to-one basis to develop your resume.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. To create your resume, we can gather information via email, phone or Skype.
What format is the resume supplied in?
All professional resumes are supplied as an open-access Microsoft Word document. We can also provide a pdf version at no extra cost.
How long will it take?
Depending on the service purchased, it generally takes between 2-5 working days. As we work with you rather than using a computer-generated questionnaire, the timing also depends on how quickly you provide information and respond to our questions.
What if I am not happy with my new resume?
If you are not satisfied with your new resume, we will make any alteration that is required. Alterations should be submitted to us within seven working days of your resume being supplied to you. We will then send you a final draft for approval before supplying a final copy of the document.
