With more than 15 years’ experience in recruitment and personnel consulting, Simon has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in outplacement services. Simon is committed to his clients’ success and passionate about helping them gain their ideal career.
Having worked with a large cross-section of private and public sector clients as a consultant for some of the world’s largest recruitment and HR consulting agencies, Simon is well placed to assist people from a wide range of industries seeking new direction and/or wishing to achieve successful employment outcomes. With exposure to a broad range of industries and careers, Simon easily relates to many professions and industries and has assisted many people find their career direction and secure work in their chosen fields.
Simon has a strong understanding of the challenges involved in job searching. He provides coaching in career reflection and goal setting, job search strategies, networking skills, resume writing, addressing selection criteria and effective interview techniques. He also has experience in job and competency profiling, personality assessments and psychometric testing and is trained in conducting behavioural interviews.
Simon has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons). He also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Business Management.
Based in our Brisbane outplacement services office, Simon works with clients throughout Australia and oversees all assignments.
Building on more than 20 years as a psychologist in both corporate settings and private practice, Geoffrey now specialises in career transition, leadership assessment and coaching and senior executive career management. He has worked with more than a thousand individuals, helping them successfully navigate the often emotional journey of career change and job seeking.
Geoffrey has worked with many leading Australian companies including Investec Bank, Tourism Australia, ING, MTU Detroit Diesel, and Suncorp Vero. With a BSc, Psychology and BLitt, Psychology, Geoffrey is a senior member of our Sydney outplacement services team.
Reeta is a result-oriented career transition coach with more than 10 years experience in the career and occupational rehabilitation industry. She has a track record of successfully working with a diverse range of clients experiencing career change, redeployment, workplace stress and low self esteem, consistently helping them overcome inner conflicts and shift mindset to cope with the transition.
Reeta is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, and a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia, Australian Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming and a Fellow Member of Australian Marketing Institute. She heads up our Melbourne outplacement services team.
Gwen has broad experience and understanding of career development and career transition services in both public and private sectors. She is a creative and original thinker, with a strong ability to understand client needs and translate these into the delivery of novel and accessible outcomes.
Gwen’s successful track record has seen her support service managers and employees in multiple industries to work through the complexity and diversity of change and re-engage their energy to realise both effective career transitions and to build new business opportunities.She has assisted many individuals to review their careers, identify new roles that aligned their competencies with organisational needs, or provided motivation to transition to outside opportunities. Major clients have included Department of Transport NSW (successfully transitioning more than 1000 staff), IBM Global Services and Queensland Rail. A Company Directors Course Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, Gwen also holds a Certificate 1V TAE. Gwen leads our Canberra outplacement services team.
Darryll has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and more than 35 years’ experience working with successful SMEs and some of the world’s largest organisations. Achieving success as a salesman, manager, director and entrepreneur throughout his diverse career, Darryll now provides coaching and mentoring, specialising in goal setting, job search, interview essentials and career advancement. He understands what it takes to find your ideal fit in the working world, and provides the tools to guide you in the right direction.
Darryll also works one-to-one with people seeking to make a career change, drawing on his knowledge of human behaviour to help you discover your new path. He is an integral part of our Perth outplacement services team.
With a strong background in recruitment and an in-depth knowledge of the world of work, Ali is a skilled career transition specialist experienced in the design and delivery of effective coaching programs.
Ali holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree majoring in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and HR Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ). She is also trained and accredited in conducting psychometric assessments designed for recruitment, staff and team development. Trained in robust coaching methodologies through the Neuroleadership Group, Ali is an experienced career coach and is practised at preparing professional, effective CVs and cover letters that get results. She supports our clients in Auckland, New Zealand.
An accomplished career development manager, Angela has more than 15 years’ experience working with individuals and organisations delivering expert career, recruitment and transition support advice. She has an extensive network of HR contacts and a detailed understanding of the current job market and employment trends.

He also leads our transition to retirement practice.

She is an expert at reviewing a job seeker’s experience, drawing out their skills and highlighting their achievements to make them stand out from the crowd.
Donna has more than 15 years’ experience in a diverse range of industries, with significant specialist knowledge of developing career transition programs, teaching business skills, resume writing, tender submissions and participating in the recruitment process for government and private sectors.
