Glide Outplacement is different to traditional outplacement firms. We offer tailored programs to fit clients’ requirements – there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach at our company!
And crucially, our consultants all have a genuine desire to provide meaningful outplacement and career advice to help people move forward and secure their ideal role.
Experienced outplacement consultants and career coaches
In this role, you will be assisting people in areas including career transition and guidance, resume writing and interview coaching.
We are looking for people with:
- An HR or recruitment background (5+ years).
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, social sciences, psychology, coaching or similar.
- Experience of coaching people.
Professional resume writers
In this role, you will write and edit resumes, cover letters, selection criteria and social media online profiles via email, telephone, Skype or in person.
You will be a resume writer with:
- Extensive professional experience in a corporate writing role (5+ years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
We will provide you with assignments when available. As a freelance contractor, you have the option to take as few or as many assignments as you like. You may also accept/continue freelance assignments with other businesses. Work is paid at an hourly rate specified by Glide Outplacement.
Candidates must have their own ABN and business mechanisms to be able to invoice for work undertaken as an independent contractor.
