Our assistance is matched to a person’s unique needs and circumstances. Each individual is partnered with a specialist consultant, experienced in the industry sectors relevant to that participant.

After an initial discussion, the participant and consultant work together to identify key priorities and support options. This ensures they receive effective career transition and trackable progression for the duration of their career transition program.

They receive targeted assistance to develop job search strategies and skills. We ensure people market themselves effectively, identify job opportunities and present a professional resume to best represent their skills and experience.
